Naja, es hilft nichts. Auch wenn der Blog noch nicht annähernd so ist wie ich ihn mir vorstelle, lege ich jetzt endlich los. Schließlich geht Project run and play in eine neue Runde und da hab ich auch schon was für zwei der vier Wochen genäht. Was? Ihr wisst nicht was project run and play ist? Dann sofort hin! Bei diesem tollen Wettbewerb tümmelt sich die Creme de la creme der (v.a.) englischsprachigen Näh-bloggerinnen und näht vier Wochen lang Outfits zu vier vorgegebenen Themen. Freut euch über supertalentierte Teilnehmerinnen sowie kreative sew-along-Mädels. Diese Woche mach ich noch nicht mit. Ein remix des popover-sundresses hätte während der KiGa-Ferien sowie kurz vor dem Urlaub und dem Geburtstag unserer kleinen R dann doch zu viel Hirnschmalz gefordert.
Aber das Outfit für nächste Woche zum Thema "Candy" ist schon fertig. Hier mal ein kleiner Teaser (ne, nicht ner Kater, das Stöffchen auf dem er liegt):
Well. Even though my blog is still far from what I would like it to like, I've decided to start posting. Project run and play (prap) started yesterday and I've already finished two garments. What you don't know what project run and play is? Then check it out right away. The contestants of prap are always some of the best english-speaking (and some other) sewing bloggers and the sew-along group is full of creativity. This week I'm not sewing along. A remix of the Oliver and S popover sundress would have been too much during the last weeks of holiday, shortly before a family vacation and my daugther R's birthday.
But next weeks outfit for the "candy" theme is done already. Here I have a little teaser for you (featuring our cat Findus):
Mal schauen ob ich's gleich auch noch schaff einen oder zwei weitere posts fertig zu machen, damit sich hier mal ein bißchen was tut...
Let's see. Maybe I'll get to finishing one or two further posts, so that this blog finally gets going...
