Parisian Top + a GIVEAWAY / RUMS: Parisian Top und ein GEWINNSPIEL

Wow, I almost can't believe it: This is the 2nd week in a row that I participate in RUMS - the weekly german linky party for everything that we women make for ourselves! This time I have a beautiful top to show and I also have a little something for you (want to win something? Than read till the end!)! 

Wahnsinn, dreimal in Folge bei RUMS dabei. Jej, go Annika ;) Dieses Mal hab ich ein schönes Top dabei und auch ein nettes Gewinnspiel für euch (lest einfach bis zum Ende!).

The top is the Parisian Top by Go To Patterns. I've had an eye on this pattern since it's release in the "Just Add Jeans" Pattern Anthology collection. In December, at Black Friday, I finally bought. And I'm sooo in love. It's really not more difficult to sew than any other tee pattern, but that collar gives it such a sweet and special touch. 

Das Top ist das Parisian Top von Go To Patterns. Der Schnitt hat mich schon angelacht als er damals bei der "Just Add Jeans" Pattern Anthology Kollektion rauskam. Im Dezember, beim Black Friday, hab ich dann endlich zugeschlagen. Und ich find's total klasse. Nicht schwieriger zu nähen als ein normales T-Shirt, aber der Bubikragen gibt dem ganzen einfach was Besonderes.

My next shirt I will probably cut more tight (although this jersey here is also quite thin and stretchy) and I'll definitely cut it shorter. I forgot to try it on without the waistband. I think this would have been the perfect length. Well, I still like it a lot and am so happy that I'm now mostly getting nicely matched stripes at the seams (I first couldn't get it right with the serger...).

Mein nächstes Shirt werd ich vielleicht etwas enger zuschneiden (wobei der Jersey hier auch recht dünn und sehr dehnbar ist) und definitiv auch kürzen. Hab irgendwie vergessen es ohne Taillenband anzuprobieren. Die Länge hätte völlig gereicht... Naja, so gefällt's mir auch gut und das mit den Streifenübergängen an den Nähten klappt jetzt langsam auch an der Ovi ganz gut!
